With the passing of Gerd Vogt on March 30th, we lose the founding president of EPRG and a valued colleague in the pipeline industry.
Gerd Vogt was instrumental in establishing the European Pipeline Research Group in 1972. His vision of a collaborative research platform for gas transmission companies, line pipe manufacturers, and service providers laid the foundation for the international safety standards we use today.

Dr. Vogt's leadership was characterized by:
